James H. Marlow was born in Denver, Colorado in 1951 and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1979. He received his Bachelor's degree from Colorado College, MBA from Northwestern University and has a law and taxation degree from the University of Denver. Mr. Marlow has a strong tax background which lends itself as a practical approach to the areas of business entity formation (corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, etc.), business and real estate transactions (purchases, sales, mergers, etc.), nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations (formation, tax qualification and operational issues), estate planning (wills and trusts), and estate administration. He offers straightforward techniques and strategies in order to accomplish the client's desired objective in a manner that is understandable to the client.
